With Remembrance Sunday falling on the 11th day of the 11th Month it was appropriate that it was a beautiful sunny day.
The gathering this year seemed to have grown again as it does year on year.
Once again there was a large contingent on parade from the Defense School of Languages and the Buckinghamshire Army Cadet Force.
All of the local Brownies, Guides, Cubs and Scouts Packs and Troupes were also on parade with their handsome Line of Standards Colours adding beautifully to that of the lone, but guiding, British Legion Standard.
Having been surprised by the lack of Poppy Wearers seen around the town prior to today, there were so many families giving up their day to support our fallen and accompany their children in the parade.
